Our pasta is handmade with the utmost care, dried by a slow method, in the traditional way, to preserve its taste and texture. Only natural ingredients are used: 100% durum semolina, shipped directly from the mill; farm fresh eggs, spinach, and beets. The result is a nutritious, flavorful pasta that is light and easily digested.
We pride ourselves on offering a pure product - no salt, preservatives, or artificial colors are ever added.
